Why this exists
The pace of decisions, the volume of data, and the complexity of the stakes have grown exponentially. The space leaders have to think before deciding has not. Today's CEO is expected to read more, decide faster, and be wrong less — often alone, and often without a single private space to rehearse the hardest questions before the room asks them.
Decision readiness has stopped being a luxury. It has become the work itself. But the practice of rehearsing high-stakes decisions still gets a fraction of the attention given to the decisions themselves.
PARRY exists to close that gap.
Who built this

Sylvain Lyoen
Founder, Lyoen & Partners
PARRY was built by Sylvain Lyoen, founder of Lyoen & Partners. Three decades leading complex transformations across North America, Europe, the Gulf, and Southeast Asia — most recently as Director, Agile Program Management at Publicis Sapient (Riyadh and Paris), and previously with Deloitte, Capgemini, and KPMG. Notable engagements include a €32M Telco-to-TechCo transformation in the GCC, a €11Bn B2B omnichannel rollout across EU and North America, and a 55-FTE digital factory built from zero in Dallas.
PARRY is the sparring partner he wished had existed in every boardroom he sat in.

Sometimes one decision is the issue. Sometimes the issue is the operating system around every decision.
If the problem is structural, Lyoen & Partners handles the broader Board Operating System redesign.
