Frequently asked questions
Eight questions that come up most often. If yours isn't here, get in touch.
What is PARRY?
PARRY is a private decision-rehearsal partner for CEOs, founders, and board members. It pressure-tests your strategic thinking before you walk into a high-stakes room — board meetings, investor conversations, market entry decisions, leadership changes. PARRY surfaces second-order risks, exposes blind spots, and forces trade-offs into daylight. It does not give recommendations. You decide.
Why does PARRY exist?
The pace, volume, and complexity of executive decisions have grown exponentially. The space leaders have to think before deciding has not. Today's CEO is expected to read more, decide faster, and be wrong less — often alone, and often without a private space to rehearse the hardest questions. Decision readiness has stopped being a luxury and become the work itself, but the practice of rehearsing high-stakes decisions still gets a fraction of the attention given to the decisions themselves. PARRY exists to close that gap.
How is PARRY different from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?
Generic AI is built to give answers. PARRY is built to challenge the question. It is configured with board-grade challenge logic, grounded in 250+ governance intelligence articles updated weekly, and trained to surface trade-offs and dissent rather than recommendations. Your inputs are never used to train any model. Your sessions are private to your workspace. PARRY is purpose-built for the moment between gut call and formal governance.
What are the Board Pack and Config Pack?
Two distinct artefacts that work together. The Board Pack is what YOU feed PARRY before a session — your context, your ecosystem: who's in the room, what the decision is, what's at stake, what data exists, what dynamics matter, who pushes back on what. It contextualises PARRY to your specific situation. The Config Pack is what makes PARRY a board-grade sparring partner — the calibration of challenge logic, governance frames, and reasoning rigour that turns a generic AI into a structured pressure-tester. The Board Pack tells PARRY what room you're walking into. The Config Pack is what makes PARRY ready for that room with you.
Is my data secure? What about privacy?
Yes, on three layers. Architecture: PARRY connects directly to the LLM provider via an encrypted API channel. We do not use the public ChatGPT front-end. Your inputs never pass through a consumer interface, never appear in any conversation history, and are never accessible to anyone outside your private workspace. This is the single biggest data leakage risk in generic AI usage — and PARRY is built specifically to eliminate it. No training, no retention: your inputs are never used to train any AI model. Sessions are isolated to your workspace — no public sharing, no cross-user visibility. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Compliance: Data hosted in Singapore (AWS Asia-Pacific). PDPA-compliant and GDPR-aligned, with the right to access, delete, and port your data at any time. PARRY is governed by Lyoen & Partners Limited, registered in Hong Kong, operating under English law and HKIAC arbitration.
Who is PARRY built for?
Mid-market CEOs, scale-up founders, and board members facing high-stakes decisions in isolation — particularly across Southeast Asia, the Gulf, Europe, and North America. The common pattern: a leader who has the responsibility for the decision, no safe space to think it out loud, and no time to rehearse it properly before the room.
How does pricing work?
PARRY operates on a credit-based model. No subscription lock-in. No per-seat licensing. You buy credits and consume them per session. Pricing scales with the depth of contextualisation — light challenge sessions consume fewer credits than deep, organisation-specific scrutiny. Annual credit packages are available for repeat users.
What is PARRY NOT?
PARRY is not a substitute for legal advice, financial advice, board consensus, or executive accountability. It does not replace your board, your advisors, or your judgment. It is not a board portal, not a minutes tool, not a GRC system. It does not make decisions for you, give recommendations, or store your inputs in a public model. It is a private rehearsal layer that sits between your gut call and the room.
